1. Acceptable use

You may use Spingiro for personal, classroom, or commercial purposes (giveaways, team picks, decision-making) provided that use is lawful and respectful of others.

You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to overload it, abuse the share-URL feature to distribute illegal content, or attempt to access non-public parts of the infrastructure. Reasonable use is anything a human visitor would do; automated abuse is not reasonable use.

2. The wheel is entertainment

The wheel is a randomization tool. Any decision you make based on its result is your own responsibility. We do not warrant outcomes of giveaways, contests, or personal decisions made with the wheel.

If you use Spingiro as part of a regulated giveaway, you remain responsible for complying with the applicable regulations in your jurisdiction (consumer protection, gambling, advertising, tax).

3. No warranties

Spingiro is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. We do not warrant that the random number generator is fit for any specific purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spingiro and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or damages arising from decisions you made based on the wheel result.

In jurisdictions that do not allow this kind of limitation, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

5. Intellectual property

The Spingiro name, wordmark, the niche-wheel templates, the design system, the wheel rendering code, and the copy on this site are © Spingiro. You may not copy, redistribute, or build a competing product directly from this codebase.

You retain ownership of any custom wheels you create on Spingiro (your list of names, prizes, prompts, etc.). Sharing a wheel via URL is a public act — anyone with the URL can see the content.

6. Termination

You can stop using Spingiro at any time. We can suspend access to the site for any user who violates these terms or who uses the site in a way that harms others.

7. Applicable law

These terms are subject to the applicable law of the user's jurisdiction. We encourage resolving any concerns through direct communication first — contact us at hello@spingiro.com before pursuing other channels.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after the update means you accept the new terms.
